PTM Food Consulting Inc. is a full service project management and product development company serving the food, beverage, and dietary supplement industry. The business has two laboratories located in Eatontown NJ, and Wappingers Falls NY where all the technical work is performed.

As an experienced food and beverage technologist with 15+ years experience, he identifies consumer driven trends and creates unique, innovative formulations to serve them.

Like any great food technologist, Pete Maletto is always on top of the latest ingredient technologies and constant communication with his partners gives us a distinct advantage by providing the latest ingredients for great tasting foods, beverages and effective dietary supplements.

Pete's creative product development innovation has been on top of the industry. His accomplishments and outside the box thinking while successfully creating difficult formulations have been his specialty.

As a biology major from the University of Scranton, his knowledge of the human body gives him a distinct advantage in creating successful functional foods. His extremely innovative formulations have earned him several taste awards with hundreds of specialized food products he developed. He has also been awarded several US Patents for his formulations in dietary supplements and foods.

In his past, Pete Maletto successfully created products for Keto Foods and Life Services Supplements from 1996-2004 where he served as the Vice President of Product Development. Pete's development process spanned from concept to commercialization, resulting in the creation of over 200 low carb specialty products in just 4 years time.

Pete is a true pioneer in the food industry and was the first food technologist to develop low carb varieties of many foods. His aggressive product development efforts had quickly put the business into multi million dollar growth.

His well rounded business and executive experience provides another advantage to the companies working with him because of his great understanding of branding, marketing, manufacturing and application of effective business models.
